Questions
Do I pay anything now?
No. Asking is free and books nothing. We reply with a price, and only if you say yes do we book the car. You pay the rent-a-car when you pick it up.
What does "no deposit" mean?
At most rental desks the company blocks several hundred to a couple of thousand euros on your credit card until the car is back. Booked through us, our partners hold nothing on your card, and full insurance is already included.
Who are the partners?
Local rent-a-car companies on the island that we know and work with. We tell you which one before you say yes.
My licence is not in English. Is that a problem?
Licences in Latin letters (English, Portuguese, French, German and so on) are fine. For other alphabets you may need an International Driving Permit as well; tell us in the note and we check with the partner first.
I need an automatic. Is that a problem?
No, but automatics are the first cars to go in summer, at Easter and at Christmas. Ask as early as you can.
What if my plans change?
Reply to our email and tell us. Until you confirm, nothing is booked.
